How do we figure out a way to draft this hunk of meat on legs. This is the guy we need to anchor our DL. This allows Harrison Phillips to play outside instead of nose. He's not a great pass rusher, so we likely swap him out on known passes which lets our bevy of OLBs play more snaps.
I think I'm getting a man crush.

I love Grant. He's going to go higher than current forecasts. Big man that can move.

Well, get on one of these AI art machines and get us a picture of him smoking weed with a gas mask on.
This is the type of guy who lets an undersized Pace thrive.

I'd take a corner over a DT, but certainly wouldn't be upset about Grant. The reason I say this is because the only corner we have under contract right now with a few starts under his belt will be returning from an ACL (Blackmon), while I think there's some marginally promising youth at DL among Redmond, Taimani and Levi-Drake Rodriguez. You can also add veteran bridge help at DL, like we did this year with Tillery, Bullard and Ward. That's a little harder to do at corner.
The corner I like right now who has a reasonably good chance of being there at 24 is Jahdae Barron.

Could certainly live with it.
Honestly, OG, DT, CB, RB. Any of them would be fine. But we must hit on our #1 this year since we’re missing so many picks.
That or #24 need to turn into 3ish top 90 picks.

I'm going to pound the table for my guy Benjamin Morrison, who is the best corner I've seen come through Notre Dame since Todd Lyght. Morrison was a day one starter and has locked up some of the best receivers in college football including Marvin Harrison Jr last year. It's unfortunate a hip injury ended his season in October, but if he's healthy he is one of the best players in this draft. GBN has him as their 24th best player in the draft, which is coincidently the pick the Vikings have.

I guess I’m coming at this from the respects that GB and Det have monster running games. It’s time to plug the middle up and maybe even get a push back into their backfield.
If we lose Flores we’re not going to send these exotic blitzes anymore. We’re going to need to get a double team on 3 all beef patties in the middle. That would do wonders to everyone else.

Vikings ranked 2nd in the NFL in run defense. It's just not the kind of run defense we're used to with a big plugger in the middle like Pat Williams. It's a penetrating defense. But I agree that if we lose Flores, a big DT who can move probably moves up the list.
