Vikings elevate Bo Richter, Robert Tonyan ahead of Texans game

Must be extremely cool for Air Force OLB Richter. He's a moving bowling ball with knives coming out of it. Not sure if he sees any action, but would love to see the kid get a few plays. Special teams maybe? Richter is a crazy athlete at 248 pounds. He ran a 4.56 40-yard dash, benched 24 reps of 225, and recorded a 40-inch vertical jump and a broad jump north of 10 feet at his pro day. Short arms however, which can make it hard for him to disengage from blocks.
