He went on,

“The fit is going to matter...but I think he’s going to put on a show if he throws at the NFL Combine.”

He's got Burrow swag, part of why I love him. But I think otherwise its a stretch at this point in time. He's a little more athletic than Burrow. Lacking his downfield accuracy currently.

The hype goes in waves. It's hard to get a clear picture until everyone has had their two weeks of hype.

Just can't help but remember this time of year in 2014, Teddy Bridgewater was a consensus top 5 pick. Last year Will Levis was top 5. Josh Allen was his class's 4th ranked QB, and Patrick Mahomes was 3rd in his class. Both were considered mid to late 1st round guys.
