Listening to local sports radio, it sounds like Chandler is going to be the guy returning kicks. 

There is no guarantee Nwangwu makes it to the 53 and his agent is not happy he's been ir'd.

Its too bad for fast Kenny, he had a chance this TC to get to the #2 tailback.

Yep, that's what KOC said. He did it in college, something like 39 KO returns total? I just hate our primary backup RB would be in that role.
