Like most rookie RBs, he also struggles in pass protection which is a critical skill for pro RBs.

Arrow may be up on Greg Joseph but I still cringe when ever he lines up for a kick.  Doesn't matter if its an extra point try or a long field goal.  He just has a way of shanking the kick just when you think its a sure thing.  Some teams have a kicker you know is money every time but Joseph not so much.
