We should all be happy about Damar, it's a personal human thing, not a league or sport victory.  How many of us remember Bill Masterson or Chuck Hughes and how tragic the moment was and how quickly we all moved on.  I am really happy that he survived and wanted nothing less, but let's not diminish the blessing by marketing the event.  Donate to a cause, you all don't need an advertising Tee-Shirt to feel good about.  Look at the heroes of the moment and consider how the funding for EMT and first response personnel are made, their service is not guaranteed to all Americans.

Its actually pretty amazing how quickly people recover today with heart issues. Some of the things that killed people 35 years ago are treated at the hospital in either one day or just with one overnight stay and you're back home.
