Yeah, he needed to go but the timing was extremely weird. 

Trev did it on purpose to give Scott the $$.    Rumors over there in Lincoln land is there is more to this than the Ws and Ls with Frost.  Something really unseemly under the radar the powers that be do NOT want coming out.  This way he goes away quietly and the fans, boosters, and media will support the firing because of the losses.
