CBP is the most powerful agency in America.

If you live within 100 miles of the border of the US, you have had your 4th amendment stripped from you. How the fuck are we allowing this to happen? Aren't conservative judges for protecting civil liberties, not stripping them? Pure power, stop and frisks for no reasons, enter into your home with no warrant.

It's a complete power game and the people (left, right) get fucked every day. 2/3rds of the country now live in a "constitutional free zone".

Conservatives/republicans haven't stood for civil liberties since Reagan-ish.
They're big spenders, big government their way.

The justices live in DC, I don't expect them to understand constitutional rights.

Most of them are part of the problem of corruption, power and ruining our country.
