Cine has bone to pick with Bucs?
#1
According to Cine, the Bucs leading up to the draft repeatedly told him they were taking him at 27 if he was there. Then they traded out to 33.  Here's Florio and Simms completely missing the point:

Last year #27 pick Rashod Bateman signed for $12,599,412 fully guaranteed over 4 years.  #33 Tyson Campbell got $9,015,018 with $7,175,744 guaranteed.  Today's players aren't idiots.  They know the difference between a first and 2nd round deal.  Regardless of the Bucs' intentions, Cine believes they tried to do him out of $3.5 million dollars. That would certainly piss me off.  Maybe Cine was naive to believe the "if you're there we're taking you" spiel, but if the Vikings make the playoffs and happen to meet the Bucs... can you say safety blitz?  B)
