Ultimately, this move will be judged by wins and losses. Regardless, it's a watershed moment. Does it usher in a new way of thinking across the NFL or is it a fad like the Wildcat?

Well put... 

In the interim, it's certainly more impactful (for me) than the stoopid s hit the NFL does now with the back of helmets and end zone stencils...

First Kevin Warren and now KAM...

The Wilfs are kings of the cutting edge among NFL owners. Whether thats good or bad remains to be seen. 

If KAM is as good at his job as Warren was at his? Then the franchise is in good shape - by exemplary people who just happen to be black.
