When he started listing all the woulda, shoulda and coulda from the previous games, I just felt like he was making excuses. Yes there were a lot of close games and there were some boneheaded plays. You could argue that some of the games they won they shouldn't have but here they are with this crappy record. There are no moral victories. There is no answers only more questions.
There is also the back and forth between Zimmer and Spielman. Some people are trying to make the argument that Spielman didn't give Zimmer enough players. I don't know about that one. Or that Zimmer doesn't like playing rookies. Half of Zimmer's time here was good but not good enough. Then there are people that bring up the seasons before Cousins and with Cousins for comparison. But there is more to it than that. Also if the starters play and someone gets injured in a meaningless game, that would be awful. I guess we'll see what happens.
