I think there are enough loop holes in trade marking names that the snyder could find some way around about anything that guy might have done.   for example its 2 different TMs for the name Dove,  its not just the word its how its used and if there are logos involved seem like lots of loop holes to fill if he really wanted to hamstring snyder it would cost a small fortune in fees.

If they got around patent BS, why not go with: Washington Warriors.  Has "alliteration"...Keep the same colors....same logo.
