The Texans and Free Agency
#1
I had to go for a bit of a drive today so I flipped on the NFL channel on Sirius. All I heard was how challenging it's going to be for the Texans who are adding 20 to 25 players this season. All of that with a new coach is going to be interesting. I had to look it up.

I think our team has only 58 or so under contract currently, so we’ve got a lot of signing to do as well...  B)

Check out their backfield. If you have this many "names" in your backfield, you don't have any.

Wow. I read they've acquired 29 players so far this offseason (25 via free agency and 4 via trade). We'll see what the final roster and totals look like but that's a whole lot of talent(?) that hasn't played together, learning new schemes on a new team, with a new head coach who has never been a head coach (or a coordinator) before.

Outside of the QB controversy, can't wait to see the results of this experiment...

Apparently they had to add quite a few bodies on the roster to fill a multitude of unexpected schedule openings in the local masseuse industry.

So when is the stuff brewing around Watson going to become another ring to this circus.
