Frosted shredded wheat. One bowl and I'm good to noon, just like the box says.
pretty much every morning,  3 farm fresh eggs with some sort of meat,  and occasionally some toast, tortilla, or an english muffin.
I'm crazy about eggs. LOVE them. I really have to restrict myself because I could eat them every single morning. Over easy with some toast? Forget about it.

When my kids were little they called them dippin eggs.

Personally I prefer the yuks broke and cooked through,  but that's what make eggs about the most perfect food is there are so many ways to make them that pretty much everybody can find a way to like them.  My grandpa was a poached egg guy....ewww.

My FIL used to make eggs in the hole...

Grandpa's gone on to Jesus now, but he left a fond memory for his kids and grandkids

i used to eat Grape Nuts when i was a kid. But it expands in yer gut. Don't think i could do it now.

Personally, i never eat breakfast except Sunday mornings when i make the kids eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sometimes cinnamon rolls, orange juice.

This one’s been passed down in my family too. Love it.

Yep, this was a morning staple at our house. My mom made me and my Dad breakfast every day.

Hate Grape Nuts, had to eat as a kid. Swore I would never eat as an adult and I haven't.

Thats how my kids "dippin" eggs had to be served.

We do eggs (and egg whites) every morning for breakfast.  I usually mix in veggies (zucchini, onion, peppers) and mushrooms to get more servings of vegetables in my diet.

Like Jimmy said, they're super versatile...  Scrambled eggs with meat, veggies, and a little shredded cheese on top...  "Dunkin" eggs with sauteed veggies and a sausage link on the side...  Omelettes are one of my favorites.

I can't eat cereal.  My youngest loves it so he's easy when I'm whipping up breakfast for everyone.
