Watching MNF in Minnesota on 11/16
#1
I'm going to be visiting family in rural MN when the Vikings play the Bears on MNF.  Unfortunately, they don't have cable and there are no nearby sportsbars.  Are there any other options?  I do have cable in Idaho but not sure that allows me to play the game on computer and display on HD tv.

hell in most parts of rural America the local watering hole is a sports bar,  wedding reception venue, restaurant, card parlor, coffee shop, pool hall, casinos, and candy stores.  ( I have even seen a few host wakes)  I have seen horses and harleys, as well as a lot of things you wouldnt want to get caught dead riding, in our small town bars.   I know of some that keep a supply of fresh gas on hand because their town doesnt have a gas station.  Rural Americas bars arent likely for most people from big cities,  but I can guarantee you that if you can get them into one, they will have a good time,  and in most cases a few stories they will tell when they get back home.
