Curious to hear responses. I've switched to VoIP, and because of my very small startup supplier, it has been a bit of a disaster. He is working to fix it, (has to do with his prior server was on the East Coast and the latency issues were problematic), but right now, my business line is forwarded to my cell phone, I am making local/long distance calls from my desktop on Viber, and things are generally not good.
