The Beckham Binomial?

Baker Mayfield said that he wants to "force feed him (Odell Beckham) early on to where he can make an impact before we can have the perfect look to have a shot play."Mayfield mentioned that double coverage has been an issue. Mayfield also noted his chemistry with Beckham is "continuing to improve." Overall, Beckham already has more games without at least eight targets (4) in 2019 than he did in any single season with the Giants from 2014-2018. His average of 8.3 targets per game is easily a career low, as Eli Manning and company fed OBJ at least double-digit targets in every season from 2014-2018.

Beckham deserves some credit for his performance against Chris Harris and the Broncos in Week 9. That's not an easy matchup, and Beckham managed five catches for 87 yards on six targets. In PPR, you'll take the 13 points, but he's now scored in single digits in non-PPR leagues in all but two games this season. And he still has just one touchdown. This week, he gets another tough matchup against a Bills secondary led by standout cornerback Tre'Davious White. Only two receivers have scored against the Bills this year, and Beckham should be considered a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues this week.

Nah it's too sophisticated. You need to dumb it down for the masses.

Well, according to SportsLine, the Vikings have the fifth-best odds (+800) to land Beckham in 2020. Ahead of Minnesota are the Browns (-500), New England Patriots (+400), Green Bay Packers (+600), and San Francisco 49ers (+750).
Considering Minnesota already has Diggs and Thielen under contract through 2023, it seems a bit unusual that the Vikings were among the top teams in this group. But maybe SportsLine knows something that we don’t?
