Why is Hillary even back in the conversation and trying to smear fellow democrats?

My personal opinion is the Clintons racked up a ton of “debt” or political promises that were never completed because she obviously didnt win. So either she needs to get back in it or Chelsie does. Either way they owe a lot of people in high places what they were promised.
