NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports Jason Pierre-Paul (neck, NFI) has been cleared to resume rehab activities.This doesn't mean he's cleared to play football, but it's a step in the right direction after both the Bucs' and independent doctors gave JPP the green light to move forward in his potential return. Word last month was the earliest Pierre-Paul could likely return is sometime in November.
