Why no Joint Practices this year in TC?

It seems we have always had a joint practice during TC - but none this year. And hearing a lot of coaches talking that they get more out of Joint practices than pre-season games, I wonder why we did not do it this year. Especially hearing from other HC's that they won't play their top guys in preseason games etc. 

Wasn't it with the Jaguars last year? And the Bengals the previous? I remember it used to be KC for many years in a row. Anyone have any inside to why we did not do it this year?

It was the Jaguars last year - inaugural for TCO too. 

I don't think Zimm has said he will or won't definitively on-going. I do recall him saying something about how each years squads are different and may or may not benefit from em.
