The kid needs to add bulk and strength. Big, long frame with good movement and athleticism. Former basketball player and TE, still learning the position. If he can get to 320 lbs and add strength, could be a decent starter. I think he's got a ceiling of 'decent' OT. I do think he has LT potential however, not just RT. But he's going to get bull-rushed until he proves he can anchor and that only comes with NFL weight training. He'll need some time. He's got a Matt Kalil-type build, no junk in the trunk.

A 2nd round borderline reach like this needs to pan out as a starter in Year 2. The upside is there, can they develop it?

His ceiling is very high...  The guy has the quick feet, balance, and arm length you look for in a starting OT.  He needs to add strength, but he has a chance to be a very good player.  Just not a Day 1 starter.

Let's hope he has a better time than the last o-lineman from Pitt.   Similar college careers switching positions to finish their Pitt careers.

They need to make a new position for him.  OTE?

A lot of former tight ends starting on NFL offensive lines: Nate Solder, Jason Peters, Jake Fisher.

Jake Fisher is a good comp for this guy.

I think they will love this guy as he adds strength throughout the season. He comes in as a 3rd T or TE and maintains the edge. Athletic, can pull and get down the field where his lack of strength will be minimized.

We have some versatile back ups.
Collins can play T and mainly G.
Compton can play C and G.
Andrews can play G or T.

Isodora will be an inside guy who they want to develop as a G.

ONeill will be an outside guy who they want to develop as a T
