I really like David Irving.  They tendered him as a second rounder.  I would consider signing that guy long term and flipping the Cowboys our second. He can play inside or out and is a really good pass rusher.  His only problem is he may be flake. Weird dude with some issues.  That's why the Cowboys didn't use a first round tender on him. But he has a ton of NFL-level talent.

They are still a dangerous team.  Very good O line; good young QB, top RB, need help at WR, D line has improved, CBs are young but talented, lost Hitchens, Lee is great when he plays but cannot seem stay healthy, ... They are not too far off from being really good.  

But they cannot manage their cap with JJ calling the shots. That team is his hobby. He would rather have fun with it and come up short than make the tough decisions needed to win.
