Ex-Packer says "NO" to post-season football; Signs with Dolphins

Dolphins land OG Josh Sitton with 2-year deal

Dolphins signed OG Josh Sitton, formerly of the Bears, to a two-year contract.
Miami opened a massive hole on the interior of their line by cutting C Mike Pouncey on Thursday, but bringing Sitton in should help to plug the gap. Sitton will turn 32 in June, but he remained a quality option last season in Chicago. Even with Sitton on board, Miami has work to do on their offensive line.

Where are the dollar signs?  I was going to say that so long as he stays healthy, he is a good signing. But what did he sign for?

The #Dolphins are signing former #Bears OL Josh Sitton to a 2-year worth up to $18M, source. The base value is roughly $15M. Sitton is getting $8M guaranteed.

It seems that it didn’t take Sitton long to wear his welcome in Chicago, heard rumblings from Green Bay too, enjoy south beach Josh...  Wink
