That was awesome. I especially liked the "poor, poor Marcus Williams. How? Why?" Not only does he whiff, but he also takes out the only other Saints defender who could possibly have made the tackle. ... taking the play to an "almost comedic level of tragedy." That's good stuff. I know I'm still laughing every time I see that play - which is about 75 to 100 times a day.
The funny thing? An official actually flagged Diggs for his celebration. Never has The Man been so ineffectual in his effort to keep the commonwealth down.
Thanks for posting this Sticky. Our season does seem like a movie, almost too good to be true, almost too fairytale. No doubt we've gained some fans because of it, but we've definitely gained some haters, too...lol...
