Ted Thompson didn't do DC any favors with some of his draft choices to play his Zone Blitzing 3-4 scheme. His tenure started out well the first two years including a very good defense during their Super Bowl victory. Did he really forget how to coach or was he handcuffed by poor scouting and draft decisions? It's never one person's fault, but he is the Coordinator and ultimately is accountable.
