That's painful. Only true way to heal it is rest.....which won't be happening.

Actually, tearing it helps.  Kleinsasser had one and tearing it while playing, apparently provides immediate relief

But nobody ever does it. Because it has to tear naturally. And then its a relief, but still an injury because its now torn. So I've heard the same thing, yet you notice that all these players get this injury, but hardly anyone tears it on purpose.

I've had it, and it hurts like hell. Took forever before it went away. Does help explain why some of the outside rush has been rather tepid lately. 

On the subject of DE's Hunter hasn't been flashing much this year. Not sure if that move in position was beneficial for him or not?
