I can't wait to meet Chris ( he will be performing at a previkes party in charlotte in dec)  I lost my nephew to suicide in 2008 (20 years old)  Reading this article was emotional for me and I can relate,  I struggle with it too

I read that this morning Papa, very moving. I applaud Hawkey for coming-out with his own struggle in the hopes of helping others. 

I hope you're nephew rests in peace. My thoughts are with you purple bros. 

Skol and love that beautiful family you have. I have no doubt they think you are amazing.

Thanks for sharing Papa. Sorry for your loss and your struggles. I am glad he spoke out. People on the outside looking in think that a famous person can't have depression but that's just not true. So many creative geniuses have been lost to depression. I have close friends and family that struggle with it. Chris made a difference in some lives by speaking out and that's a very powerful thing.
