Listening to Sirius NFL radio all morning while Ubering. Tributes pouring in. Interesting guy, definitely had his demons but he had a helluva ride. 

Learned the business from the ground up, starting as a ball boy. At 24 he was named GM, youngest in NFL history. Inherited the team at 37 him his father passed.

Regardless, 65 is way too young. Died in his sleep yesterday afternoon.

I don't think the guy was a bad person at all, big hearted. Had some personal demons. A NFL GM at 24 years old, his Dad didn't do him any favors by doing that but he got better. Very loyal to former Colts.

It is amazing how you hear every single person who has talked about him use the words "generous" and "kind" in describing him. He must have been a really great individual.
