If Campbell repeats as division champ after losing both coordinators that will do a lot for his legacy.

It's going to continue to be a tough division to win consistently in for at least a little while.

What I find interesting is every team in an already extremely competitive division addressed what was considered to be their most pressing needs. Vikings added three new players to the interior offensive line, Packers added two really good receiver prospects including taking one some considered to be the best receiver in the draft, Lions continued to tinker and add to their defensive line, and the Bears did everything possible to upgrade the talent around Caleb Williams including more weapons on offense. IMO this is the most competitive division in football and it's likely going to come down to attrition and which new additions do the most towards the success of their teams. You can basically draw names out of a hat and be as accurate when trying to predict the division

Mike Tice is a good description.. I like Campbell unconventional 100 sold out run through fire mentality but it always felt like a short lived existence. Todays NFL changes from year to year unless your are a handful of organizations.
