Caleb wanted to be a Minnesota Viking....

Williams has such a better coaching surround now, I think we'll see his true ceiling coming out.

And he did flash some last year. His off-script is a super-power and also his kryptonite.

Johnson should get him more disciplined and on track this year and beyond...

“If you look at the stats, and on average, I am the most dead center even dude for scrambling and throwing in the pocket… I am the farthest from all of them in every single way… I can do anything and everything as I want and as my team needs.”

Also, the deep yardage sacks he took were cited, repeatedly, as the results of his belief that he's able to outrun/outplay established pros in the league he'd barely joined. There was also some babble about not seeing any real difference in pro vs college...as he and da bears were the cellar dwellers on the NFCN.

I got it from watching and reading.

I certainly do not get arrogance and judgmental issues from that quote.  I get confidence from that.  You would hear pretty much every other QB in the league say something similar about themselves.  There are a ton of really physically gifted athletes and often the difference between those who make it at the highest level of the sport are the ones who have that kind of level of confidence, that is what it takes to play in this league.  I want my QB walking onto the field thinking that way.  Also, that statement was made before the draft and in comparison to other QBs in draft and the majority of scouts would have agreed with him.
