Interesting story, must have been a really tough deal for Smith. Some of these psychedelics seem to have mental health benefits.

That is an interesting story. I've seen people who appear to be in constant prayer, but I didn't realize it was a diagnosed disorder.

Agreed - I think for some people and afflictions, psychedelics can have a significantly positive impact. 

Micro-dosing mushrooms has been shown to treat depression, anxiety etc.

I don't know about any of that, but I do know it makes patterns in the wallpaper come alive.

Feel for the guy but I am curious what the root issue is. Chemical, Physical, Spiritual, Environmental, hereditary or.... Always fascinated with the why behind things. Hope he gets well. Side note, this is one of my issues with "practicing medicine". Rarely we address the root cause.. just give a pill that a Dr subscribes because college said so.
