Done with Darnold
#21
As poorly as Sammy finished, he’s likely still the top free agent QB option out there… caveat emptor!  Tongue

Just not with us. With a team that needs a QB with no QB worth it in the draft. Yes, I can see that. Won't and shouldn't be us.

Right, I was referring to his free agency value.

I would be very careful about getting rid of Darnold so quickly keep in mind JJ McCarthy was merely a caretaker at Michigan (Let’s be honest, he was along for the ride) whose team was always up 20-3 after the first quarter that is certainly not gonna be the case in the NFL. I thought in the national championship game it was clear the head coach did not trust him to pass.

I’m not sold one bit on JJ McCarthy and I don’t think the Vikings are either remember they tried to trade for Justin Herbert and then tried to trade up with New England. If they were in love with JJ McCarthy they would NOT have done either of those things

So you’re out on KOC & McCarthy but still in on Sam Darnold, interesting…

We get it. You have said the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. You are wrong and but pretty much a troll at this point.

I never said I was out on KOC. He’s a young guy, but he needs to improve his in game adjustments. I’m not one bit sold on JJ McCarthy. He was merely along for the ride at Michigan.

In the modern era of the NFL Draft (since 1967), 130 quarterbacks have been selected in the first round. 61% of those quarterbacks end up not succeeding and are labeled a bust.

By the way, what is it with message boards? Can’t you have an opinion not favorable to the team and not be labeled a troll? Is that too much to ask?? It’s OK to be critical of your team and still be a fan as far as I know that is allowed. lol
