Happy 99th J.Carter

I did not vote for him and was in disagreement with many of his takes on key issues.

But imo a great humanitarian and man of god.

Happy Birthday Mr President!

A Presidents “legacy” is more often dictated largely by the economy. (Sometimes how often they play golf)

Bad economy....Bad President
Good economy.....Good President

LOVED Reagan, up until we had to pay for his deficit spending with Papa Bush.
Clinton turned that deficit into a surplus - by taxing the crap outta us.

Carter had the gas crisis, but he wanted his legacy to be peace in the Middle East......
.....every time I tell that joke it gets funnier. (not so much)

U referring to the israeli/egypt handshakes?

The Iranian Hostage Crisis ranks right up there as a icon for his presidency as much as anything.
