It was time to let Cook go. Sounds like the NY media is already turning on Cook as a bad signing.

After 4 games now...
Mattison - ranked 14th of all NFL RBs w/250 yards rushing Cook - ranked 63rd of all NFL RB's w/74 yards rushing. And it appears that Akers is the change-of-pace RB to complement Mattison now?
