because of how classless some of them and the browns organization was with the way they handled and have treated Mayfield.  Baker seems like a pretty decent dude,  and is not a shit player,  his play declined when he went out there and gave it a go for them injured and they reward him by going all in on a sexual deviant or worse,  and then when Mayfield acts a little hurt they mock him?  I have been rooting for that franchise to turn it around,  but after seeing that... fuck em,  they dont deserve it yet.

Because the org/owners sold their souls and some of the fans are on-board that train so I don't have any sympathy for them whatsoever. The owners created the shit show now they have to deal with the consequences.
