She was in the very first Star Trek episode, "Where No Man Has Gone Before."

A freak accident causes a crewman to gain god-like powers and Kellerman becomes his companion, eventually gaining them herself.  Naturally it ends in tragedy.

It was a very creepy episode in some ways, maybe the most creepy one they ever did.
