If Simms had Lawrence and Wilson flip flopped, I wouldn't have any issues with his rankings. He's been pretty good at evaluating incoming rookie QBs the past couple years.
Once you get past the top 2 guys, I think you could stack the next 4 in any order you want. It depends on how confident you are in projecting these guys into the NFL. I do agree with where he has Fields. I don't see it personally... I think he has the biggest bust factor out of any of the top 4-5 guys. Although I said the same thing about Josh Allen and Justin Herbert in past drafts so what do I know? Lol

What if he's right? I mean as far as I can tell, every year I'm reading tons of wrong draft predictions, wrong about who goes where, wrong about how their careers turn out, wrong about who is and isn't a bust.
If the consensus conventional wisdom mattered so much then drafting would be easy instead of the nerve-wracking crapshoot that it is. People who are mostly wrong saying oh that guy is crazy wrong ...yeah ok.

So what's the deal with Josh Rosen? What happened?

Shut up, Chris. You're drunk.

Feels like a developmental prospect, not sure he is vastly ahead of someone like Feleipe Franks - but his "draft reputation" is far higher.

Also from Sims, after his prior 2018 rankings:
