Yes it was...And I get it as they have a very large biz to run. They got a lot of moving parts and a new league year not far off. 

Unlike a year ago, I'm inclined to send in $$ this season. Knowing we'd most likely get it back or get a credit if something really awful happens.

Of course they are right on time for the money. We'll have to wait and see if we are going to be able to go though.
