  TRE NIXONWR, UCF KNIGHTS

  UCF redshirt senior WR Tre Nixon announced on Tuesday that he will enter the 2021 NFL Draft. Nixon (6'2/180) missed most of the 2020 season due to a shoulder injury that he suffered during the Knights' season-opening win at Georgia Tech. As a result the redshirt senior appeared in just four games, catching 19 passes for260 yards and two touchdowns. Nixon was at his best during the 2019 season, as he posted a receiving line of 49-830-7. Nixon projects to be a Day 3 selection in this spring's draft, with Pro Football Network draft analyst Tony Pauline giving him a fifth-round grade.
