Expect pain PF. Some tough choices are going to have to be made. They may not be popular but the long-term plan for the team is only going to improve if they dump salary and get more draft picks.

Problem is we don't have a replacement and need to fill many other holes.  I agree VG, painful to lose productive, face of the franchise type players, then play totally sucky football.  I would not want to be season ticket holder for the next two to three years...
