Made the mistake of text driving a Tesla Model Y with the performance package...omg.
First time I got into a high end Tesla was about 5 years ago. Went to lunch with a buddy and he brought this guy who had one. Went for a ride.......hoooly shizzle that thing can get from 0 to 60 RIGHT NOW.
0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds...awd...
I was in the backseat and it was like being on a ride at the State Fair.....pulling some G-force.

God bless Elon, he's crazy as a loon, but they brought you SpaceX and Tesla disrupted the whole worldwide auto industry...

I dont think most Americans realize whats coming and how soon it'll be here..

Rivian Pick-up's, Ford F150 EV, GM recently announced 20 new EV models by 2023...I know the Europeans are working on it too.  VW is introducing a bunch, BMW is retooling their Munich plants, Audi has the e-tron,  Porsche Taycan is stunningly beautiful, fast and sold-out for the year.

Rest of the world is still playing catch-up to Tesla. World will be a an easier place to live with less CO2 emissions, but they gotta figure out a charging standard across brands and how to deal with all the batteries that'll be out there dying in 8 years.

Imagine having to go to one gas station if you drive a Chevie and another one if you drive a Jeep? Thats whats happening with EV.

The American auto industry was told for years that this was the future, but they largely ignored it. I think they thought people didn't want it. I think the years-long waiting lists on some of these cars is enough proof this was false.

It's funny that some crazy outsider had to pick up the tossed-aside reins and push the technology forward. Now the rest are all playing catch up.

Ford is killing it. Always loved the look of the F-150, especially the Raptor, but it's a bigger truck than I really want or need. Give me something more about the size of a Tacoma, but with Ford's sexy looks. Ford: done.

Introducing the Ford Ranger Raptor, coming soon....oh my...

thats going to be a cool truck...

I still cant believe Ford gave-up on cars (sans the mustang).

I drove my buddies brand spanking new Tesla Model Y yesterday.

All wheel drive, 300 mile range, fast as hell. While not as luxurious as some brands, it was a hell of a lot of vehicle for $50k.

We're definitely going to have a BEV or PHEV as one of our next two vehicles.

All this truck loving and not one single mention of the:
CYBERTRUCK
Deposit went in the moment that ball shattered the window in the model presentation
Look at what Elon started when he made Tesla and SpaceX possible.  Amazing
