The security officer was the one who was asking everyone to put out their cigars and the players just made fun of him and ignored his request.  I am sure that has a lot to do with him pressing charges.  The usual demonstration of entitlement and feeling above the law by OBJ and the players.

There were reports of conflicting enforcement of the law by other officers. Some were willing to turn a blind eye for the celebration, one in particular was a stiffler. That alone creates a sense of entitlement. The cops don't even care, but this asshole does?!

Add in an "adult" who clearly knows right from wrong and you get the most gangster walk back from an ass slap you'll ever see on video.
