Three (!) incompletions and two of those were throws out of bounds to avoid whatever...

Capt'n is playing at a pretty high level right now. Hope it can continue on the road.

The pocket was more chaotic around him on Thursday night, also. That dude will stand in there and look downfield when the shit is hitting the fan around him, he's excellent that way. He's got balls. Now he fumbles, which is maddening, but he's got intestinal fortitude in the pocket.

And the other incompletion was a Dalvin Cook drop...

Even though he didn't throw for any TDs, he was in total command out there.

The sacks weren't his fault either IMO...  he had immediate pressure in his face and had no chance to escape.

Normally, those would be a patented Kirk fumble, but he tucked it and ducked.  Smart move, sometimes it is just better to take it and realize your better off doing that than making a negative play even worse.

Also, the 2 throw aways were smart on Kirk's part...instead of forcing them into probably tight coverage.

That drop by Cook could have been big yards...

It's the NFL and it's really hard to do., But when the Vikings don't have turnovers they're   tough to beat.
