Glowinski off the market
#1
The #Colts signed guard Mark Glowinski to a contract extension, they announced. Source said it’s a three-year deal worth $18M with a signing bonus of $4.2M. They lock him up before free agency.

is the signing bonus included in the 18 million or on top of that?  either way the OG FA market is starting at about 6 to 8 million per year if this is a jumping off point.

The Bears re-signed  Bobby Massie to a multi-year deal a few days ago.
It might take $12-13 Mil/Yr to land Saffold in FA.
I predict there will be a run on OL in the draft just like last year.
I'm seeing a draft similar to last year's where there are a few elite players at the top and a lot of even depth.

The best hope for OL improvement is going to be through Kubiak and staff implementing a blocking scheme that maximizes our existing players. I expect a couple of FA signings that will look underwhelming but hopefully surprise us pleasantly.

There has been some talk about Matt Paradis, due to Kubiak, and I think he fits the mold of good scheme fit but not a "wow" athlete. He made almost $3M last year so he will probably seek more.
