Very possibly. Kubiak had a lot of input into Bronco decisions in the last couple of years, but it sounds like his offensive philosophy is at odds with Elway's. One thing about Kubiak is that he's a BIG time ZBS guy, which would mesh well with what the Vikings have been trying to do with their OL, Cook, etc.
Go figure...the Vikings set up their zone blocking, draft Cook who specialized in outside zone runs, use it to great effect before Cook tore his ACL, and then pretty much abandoned it this year.
Elway is a disaster.
