well i am sure that bandwagon is getting the tires aired up as we speak and will be loaded with "I have always been with them" fans real soon.

Maybe, or maybe not.  Winning might make SD fans hate them even more.  It's not like I was rooting and cheering for Dallas when they won the cup.  I've never wanted a team to lose so badly in my life.  B)

Who said they were fans before?   These will be the same people that showed up at PT in 09 or here last year...never to be heard from again.  Nothing brings the true fans out like winning.

Talked to a client today who is in San Diego and I asked him, "How 'bout them Bolts?!" and he said  while it's not the PC thing to cheer for them there, he's followed them for 25 years and hopes they go all the way.
Feel bad for their fan base, but....
