Who's the NFL's best outside CB at stopping the run???

I thought his draft bio said he was soft against the run.  I could be wrong tho, just was I thought I recalled.

He is a very willing tackler and seems to relish hitting.  Rhodes on the other side is a beast as well.  Built so well and likes to hit.
it was said on him coming out that he wasnt an eager tackler,  interesting to see stickies find on him because I was remembering the same thing that he wasnt all that jazzed up about sticking his nose in on the tackles.
That is the phrase I remember.  So I was pleasantly surprise when he was better than advertised.
I have been very happy with his development,  I thought peters was the better talent,  but also the bigger risk and Waynes has the quicks to have the higher ceiling so I wasnt bagging to hard when they took him or even when they red shirted him his first season.
