Should we turn off news feed into discussions?
#1
IT posts a LOT and I don't want to inundate people with it.
Is this thing on?

I think we have some good posters that usually hit these sites and share what they find anyway.  I am playing a lot of whack a mole with these feeds currently deleting the duplicates and the "subscritption required" links so I say yes,  but it would be ok to leave them on if posters like Barr and PF,  who do a lot of gathering on their own, are going to be away for an extended period of time.

Yeah we will see the results of the polls, but I just decided to nix the feed into discussions for the meantime.

We have some awesome posters who keep the news coming, so...yes.

I use the RSS News Feeds more than the topics when I am looking for latest news.  Although I sometimes like when BarrNone and those types post other articles that wouldn't be found on left nav.

I agree.  We can see articles now without cluttering up the discussions.  My vote is to leave it the way it is (guess that means my vote is "Yes"?).
