Jerick McKinnon Insinuates He Won't Be Back With Vikings Next Year

I really like McKinnon and hope the Vikings can resign him, but if he thinks teams are going to be lining up to make him the featured back, he is mistaken.  His size and skill-set are perfect for a change of pace back, not the bell cow.

Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. He is wanting a bigger role but I don't know if I see it. Seems more teams are going with two running backs instead of one.

Jet had his best season as a Viking this year. He probably will find a bigger role somewhere else....a bigger money roll, that is.
He isn't lead dog with this team and don't see him as being that for anyone else. I predict he ends up in Carolina, aka Vikings south.

I like McKinnon, but I also think he is a better combo with Murray than he would be with Cook. Murray can be a battering ram complementing either one, but McKinnon and Cook are a bit too similar. I think we will draft another RB (not early) to give us depth and let Jet leave.

But here he would be 3rd RB with Cook and Murray. I wish him the best though.
