Happy Birthday coach. Welcome to the decade where everything hurts, you need to stretch to mow the lawn, and a good sneeze will throw your back out for a day or two

Lol...

(in general) 40's are a piece of cake, wait till the odometer turns 60k and the warranty runs out.

I hope he has an amazing birthday weekend, and keeps stepping forward as one of the greatest coaches in the league...because the team (depending on JJM) may be as stacked as I've seen it since '98.

We all hold Bud Grant in legendary esteem, Burnsie as well, and Denny Green is right up there. Heresy or not, I want KOC to build on their legacies and become the best coach the Minnesota Vikings have ever had...and for a long time.

(going to the kitchen to mix up some more Purple Kool-Aid)
Wishing a great season for the team, Especially Mundt and Kwenkeu! Big Grin

Happy Birthday coach.

Actually stretching and flexibility becomes more important. I'm 54 and I don't have a lot of aches and pains. When I do have occasional aches or pains, I use a percussor massage gun or my massage chair. Using a foam roller is also helpful. I think a lot of people forget about stretching and flexibility because focus is placed on cardio and strength training. Both of those are important no doubt but you have to stretch

I need to move into more flexibility work. Years of heavy weight training and my occupation have taken a toll on my body now into my late 40's. I snap, crackle and pop my way out of bed every morning as I'm rushing to relieve my bladder. As purplefaithful quoted..."growing old ain't for sissies" so enjoy your youth because it all hits you one day.
